Wednesday 2nd Apr Walking meditation is a new discovery for me, who knew you could walk and meditate at the same time!ยWhile I like listening to the birds and the trees, I love to change it up with my favorite music, a podcast and now - guided meditation.ย
Feels like I hit two birds with one stone and no matter how long or far I walk, I feel refreshed, energized and ready for the day.ย
